Payment:
All payments are cash-on-delivery (COD).
Delivery Charges:
Delivery within the city areas (up to 25 km from our distribution point) is free of charge. For every additional km beyond 25 km, an amount of QAR/SAR 1 will be added. For instance, if your location is 28 km from the Doha Souq Waqif area, you will be charged QAR 3. The delivery charge increases with the distance, for example, if you are located 34 km away, you will have to pay QAR 9.
Order Cancellation:
If you cancel your order during delivery, you must pay a service charge. The service charge is QAR/SAR 20 within the city limits. Additional charges will be considered if the service area is outside our free delivery zones.
Fraud Prevention:
We sell only genuine Naviforce products. We encourage you to open the package and verify the products during delivery before making payment to protect your rights.
Water Resistance:
All our watches are 30M water resistant. They are good to wear during everyday activities such as handwashing, walking in a rain splash, etc. However, our watches are not suitable to wear during a shower or swimming. Keeping them exposed to the water for a long time could damage the machine.
Product Warranty:
All watches come with a one-year service warranty, specifically for the machine. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents. It also does not cover material or color, or consumable items such as the battery. Please provide proof of purchase (invoice) when requesting warranty service.
Return Policy:
Once sold, items cannot be exchanged or returned.
